§ Mr. LindgrenYes, Sir, and I would draw my hon. Friend's attention to Clause 61 of the National Insurance Bill now before Parliament. I would add that in the meantime my right hon. Friend is examining the whole position in relation to the limited powers which he has to adjust the unemployment insurance scheme during the period of emergency arising out of the war.
