§ Lord John Hopeasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will now make available the stock position in regard to all raw materials in store in this country or held on British account abroad.
§ Sir S. CrippsThe Monthly Digest of Statistics now issued by the Central Statistical Office shows stocks in this country of many of the more important raw materials. Figures for other raw materials will be added from time to time. There are only a few raw materials of which there are stocks, other than port and transit, held abroad by His Majesty's Government. Consideration is being given to inclusion of these stocks in the Monthly Digest. I have no information about any stocks held abroad on private account.
