§ Mr. O'Brienasked the Minister of Education why, under the teacher's temporary training emergency scheme, some married women are refused their reasonable travelling expenses incurred in attending the temporary training colleges, often situated many miles from their homes.
§ Miss Wilkinson:The grants made to students attending emergency training colleges arc intended to cover travelling expenses. If my hon. Friend can give me particulars of any cases in which it seems likely that the grants are insufficient, I will have inquiries made.
