§ Mr. S. Shephardasked the Undersecretary of State for Air if he is aware that A.T.C. cadets have not yet been provided with overcoats; and will he take steps to provide these before the end of the winter.
§ Mr. StracheyAt present we can only issue greatcoats to A.T.C. cadets who are on gliding exercises. Even if a wider issue were authorised, I am afraid that we should have few if any greatcoats to spare this winter.
