Williamsasked the Minister of National Insurance if he will consider abolishing the means test for persons in receipt of compensation for partial incapacity and who have been unemployed for long periods because there is no suitable employment available for them in the areas where they reside.
§ Mr. LindgrenIn so far as such persons remain in the employment field and can satisfy the normal conditions for unemployment benefit, 1 would draw my hon. Friend's attention to the provisions of Clause 61 of the National Insurance Bill now before Parliament.
