§ Mr. McAllisterasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give an assurance that no action will be taken, or has been taken, by his Department which will seriously prejudice the implementing of the recommendations of the Clyde Valley Regional Planning Advisory Committee.
§ Mr. WestwoodIn a few cases in which it was necessary to reach an urgent decision I have taken a different view from the Committee about the siting of housing schemes. But nothing has been done which will seriously prejudice the Committee's recommendations as a whole. Final decisions on proposals arising out of the Committee's report will, of course, rest with me as Planning Minister in consultation with the other Ministers concerned.
