§ Mr. TomlinsonRemoval of the railings has resulted in Marylebone Green in Regents Park becoming disfigured by worn tracks. Hedges, protected tem-porarily by low fences, are being planted along the Northern and Southern boundaries of the area in order to encourage the public to make use of the recognised foot paths for through traffic. It is not otherwise the intention to restrict the use of the area.
