§ Mr. BarnesYes, Sir; the railway company are fully aware of the unsatisfactory time-keeping on this service. It is. due in the main to shortage of ex-180W perienced staff, inadequate engine power and inferior coal, and all steps to improve the running of the trains are being taken.
