WilliamsThe Agricultural Research Council, and not my Horticultural Department, is the body responsible for research work into the damage caused to fruit by frost, and I understand that some research work in regard to Great Britain as a whole is being inaugurated at the West of Scotland Agricultural College, under grant from the Agricultural Research Council.
