§ Sir S. CrippsI am aware that there is a shortage of dustbins, due to shortage of supplies of sheet steel and blackplate in the necessary gauges. I am in close touch with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply and of Aircraft Production on this question. I can only direct further supplies to West Ham at the expense of other areas. I am consulting my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health upon the best division of available supplies and will communicate with my hon. Friend.
