Graham-Littleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will inquire into the case, details of which have been submitted to him, of a Stateless person who came to this country with a Polish passport in 1935 to study at London University and is now threatened 167W with deportation from this country; and what action he proposes to take.
§ Mr. EdeA Deportation Order was made against this man some time ago by one of my predecessors and I have decided after consideration of all the circumstances that the time has now come for its enforcement.
