As regards the second part it is necessary in the case of certain occupations for Class B release to be offered to young men in late age and service groups in order to obtain the numbers required. This is the case, for example, in certain building and ancillary occupations, certain railway occupations, and deep-sea fishing. Where release is by nomination, very young men are not normally included.
