§ Mr. Osborneasked the Minister of War Transport if, in order to reduce road accidents, he will consider making compulsory all rear lights on motor vehicles of standard size, shape and candle-power.
§ Mr. BarnesThe law requires that rear lights shall be visible from a reasonable distance. I have no power to impose additional requirements of the nature suggested.
