§ Mr. BarnesThe control of ship repair facilities and licensing of repairs are functions of the Admiralty, and I am informed that they are in closest contact with the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries respecting the rehabilitation of the fishing fleet. In so far as my Department is concerned, everything is being done to expedite the surveys of vessels coming off service.
