§ Mr. T. WilliamsNo, Sir. My hon. Friend will have noticed that no part of the Rats and Mice (Destruction) Act, 1919, would be repealed by the Agriculture Bill. The Government recognise, however, that the present position regarding rats and mice is unsatisfactory from the legal standpoint and the matter will be given consideration at an early date.
