Foxasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been called to the recent increase in the traffic in worn-out horses from Malta to Tunis, ostensibly for slaughter; and what steps are taken to ensure that these animals are humanely killed and not subsequently used for bull-fighting at Algeciras, or other places in Spain or Spanish Morocco.
