117. Mr. Vaneasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster why it is necessary for quadripartite agreement to be obtained in each case before an Austrian girl or a displaced person may leave Austria in order to come to this country to take up a situation as a domestic servant.
§ Mr. J. HyndQuadripartite agreement is not necessary in such cases.
