§ Mr. BelcherNo special timber quota is given to Scotland—or for that matter to England or Wales. Allocations for particular purposes are made to the Scottish Departments, but other Scottish timber requirements are met from general Departmental allocations. Future timber supply prospects are too uncertain to state whether it is possible to make any increase in the allocations for 1947.
