§ 123. Mr. Osborneasked the Minister of Labour if, in view of the fact that entrants to the teachers' training colleges from the schools have been advised by the Minister of Education to complete their Military Service before starting their teacher's training, he will take powers to permit them to begin their Military Service at 17½ years of age instead of 18 years of age, in order to avoid some months of wasted time.
