§ Mr. SilkinThe joint report of the consultants whom I appointed to advise—in the light of the needs of the Upper Lea Valley generally—on the sewerage schemes necessary for the proposed new towns at Stevenage and Harlow is expected to be received about the end of March. The question of publication will be considered when the report is received.
