§ Mr. BellengerThe staff of this camp is at present 44, but of them only five or336W six are employed on guard or escort duties. The rest are employed on administrative duties in connection with the use of the camp as a reception station. The staff is likely to be reduced by nearly a half early in the New Year when certain changes in the administration are made.
