§ Mr. T. WilliamsThe reason is that the River Clyst Drainage Board have not been able to complete their register of electors, owing to inability to find a suitable clerk to the board until May last. As it was not possible to complete the register in time for an election to be held in October, it was necessary to extend the life of the existing board for a further year.
