Straussasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will give an assurance that His Majesty's Government have not disclosed, and will not disclose, to any outside body the terms of the Bill for giving effect to certain recommendations of working parties before they are disclosed to this House.
§ Sir S. CrippsThe terms of this Bill will not, of course, be disclosed until it is laid before the House. But I consider it desirable that the main principles of a Measure of this kind should command the maximum agreement from both sides of industry, with whose representatives I am accordingly in touch.
