§ Mr. BellengerYes, Sir, I am aware that the range at Ross Links has not been used for the last 16 months. The owner of this land has, however, been allowed to graze the area for some time and he will be allowed to continue so long as the land 191W is not required for military purposes. This area, which is included in the War Department's proposals now under consideration by the Inter-Departmental Committee on Service Land Requirements, is being held pending a decision on its future.
