Jegerasked the Minister of Works whether he will convene a conference with the trade unions concerned, to discuss the introduction of legitimate overtime in the building industry so as to hasten relief to the larger number of people suffering from distressing housing conditions and remove the incentive of black-market building in overtime hours.
