Cymbalist; how many convictions have been confirmed on such records; how many of the prisoners involved are still in detention; and what steps he proposes to take in the matter.
§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerAny person tried by a court martial of the Royal Air Force can at any time submit a petition and can obtain a copy of the proceedings at his trial, it he desires to do so. For this reason I am reluctant to impose on the staffs concerned the heavy additional burden of work which would result from the inquiry proposed by the hon. and learned Member.
