Mr. Vaneasked the Secretary of State for War whether German prisoners of war in this country have any choice of zone to which they are eventually to be repatriated; and what rules govern the destination of men whose prewar homes were outside Germany or in provinces which are likely to be ceded to neighbouring countries under the peace treaties.
§ Mr. BellengerPrisoners of war are repatriated to their zone of domicile, that is the present domicile of their next of kin; if they are not domiciled in one of the four zones they are repatriated to the zone of the Power by whom they are held.
