§ Mr. Glenvil HallYes, Sir. The Social Survey has just completed an inquiry into the attitude of young people and parents towards Civil Service employment. The inquiry was made at the request of the Treasury, with the object of assisting the Government to improve the efficiency of Civil Service recruitment.
