asked the Minister of Works for what purpose his Department is proposing to take over the R.A.F. station, Drem.

Mr. Tomlinson

The airfield at Drem was transferred to the Ministry of Works at the end of October and the hangars and certain other buildings are used as a storage depot for temporary housing with a view to releasing valuable industrial premises. The domestic accommodation on the airfield is being disposed of prior to the derequisitioning of part of the land in favour of the owner.
