I understand, however, that the Rural District Council are unable to obtain the services of a full time scavenger to undertake this service and that the present collections by a part time employee can be carried out only when he is not engaged at his ordinary occupation: The Council have submitted a sewerage scheme for this area and I hope to be in a position to arrange a public inquiry into the scheme at an early date.
