§ Mr. MarquandI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Bedford (Mr. Skeffington-Lodge) on 3rd June. The allocation of cotton yarn for book cloth was increased in March and again in July, and I hope that further increases will be possible as the supply of cotton yarn improves.
