§ Mr. Gammansasked the Minister of Health if he is prepared to grant a W.B.A. priority for the completion of the bomb repair work at Montague Mansions, W.1., in view of the urgent demand for housing accommodation and the fact that this work was started on the instructions of his Department, on the cost plus basis, and cannot be completed within a reasonable time without a W.B.A. priority.
§ Mr. Bevan:It is the policy of the Government to grant W.B.A. priority for such work carried out on a fixed price 430W basis. If the balance of this work is carried out on that basis, W.B.A. priority will be given automatically.
