§ Mr. Belcher:No, Sir. The allocations of elastic thread for the manufacture of hairnets have been discussed from time to time with the manufacturers and have been accepted as reasonable in relation to the supply of other materials, especially yarn. I hope that supplies of both yarn and elastic thread will gradually increase this year as production improves.
