§ Mr. Glenvil Hall:Communications to the public through the medium of the cinema are normally made either through short newsreel interviews by arrangement with the newsreel companies or through short trailer films or flashes. In general no payment is made to the cinemas for these facilities. No payments are of course made for communications to the public through the Press, other than communications made through the medium of advertisements.
