Mr. Daggarasked the Assistant Postmaster-General if he is aware of the complaints regarding the receipt of telegrams at Blaina, Monmouthshire, as one sent from Ely, Cambridgeshire, at 8.21 a.m. on 30th March was delivered at 3.45 p.m. the next day, and others from Bristol to Blaina took 26 hours before delivery; and if he will inquire into the matter.
