Mr. Vaneasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he is aware of the hardship now being caused to many prospective candidates for the Civil Service who, after receiving a warning order, may have to wait several months before they are called forward to sit for their entrance examination; and whether he will ensure that examinations are expedited.
