§ Sir B. Smith:Proposals for implementing the Government's long-term policy, which I announced on 7th November, are being worked out by the staff of my Department in connection with their normal duties. I have no staff who might be described solely as "food planners" nor do I propose to appoint any. The last part of the Question does not, therefore, arise.
