Mr. Hector Huģhesasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will make a statement on the amount of unemployment since the ending of the war amongst Africans and white people, respectively, in the African Colonies; what trades, industries and avocations it affects; what progress has so far been made in reducing it; and what prospects there are in the immediate future for the full employment of these people.
