§ Mr. Jannerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will provide a statement setting out the last estimates of revenue and expenditure submitted to the University Grants Committee by each university, in order to enable a comparison to be made between the amount which the university would desire from the committee and the amount which the committee actually recommended as appropriate, having regard to the limited amount at its disposal for all universities.
