Smith:Meat is allocated in the Cambridge area to the three groups indicated in the following proportions: Hotels and restaurants, including cafés, tea shops and other public eating places, 4 per cent.; industrial canteens, British Restaurants and school feeding, 5 per cent.: ordinary family rations, or per cent.
