§ Mr. Belcher:No figures are available of the amount of air conditioning plant installed in cotton mills since V J-Day, but bulk supply licences have been issued to the manufacturers of this equipment, and my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply is giving all practicable assistance to those manufacturers to increase their output.
