§ Mr. IsaacsSubject to suitable medical safeguards, the provision of recreative physical training, to which I assume my hon. Friend refers, is a useful contribution to the maintenance of the health of workers, but without prolonged investigation it is impossible to estimate the extent of this contribution. The question362W of extending such provision is a matter falling to my right hon. Friend, the Minister of Education, and to the local Education authorities under the provisions of the Education Act of 1944.
