§ Mr. Wilmot235,400 surplus motor vehicles of all types have been passed to my Ministry for disposal. Of these 45,000 have been allocated to other Government Departments, to relief purposes and to the allied Governments; 51,600 have been passed to the industry for disposal to the public through trade channels; and of the remainder 72,750 have been broken down for scrap and spares.
