§ Mr. T. WilliamsUp to 31st August, 1945, the tenancies of 2,714 holdings in England and Wales covering an area of 227,221 acres had been terminated by notice under Defence Regulation 62. In addition, possession had been taken under Defence Regulation 51 in 8,885 separate cases comprising a total of 451,918 acres. As regards the second part of the Question, I would refer the hon.
