§ Mr. BevanYes, Sir. I am seeking to assist this institution by allowing 24 members of the Civil Nursing Reserve to remain there, and other matters raised by the Town Clerk are being considered. The shortage of nursing staff is, however, general throughout the country, and I hope shortly to inform the House of the steps which are being taken in conjunction with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Labour and National Service to remedy the situation
