§ Mr. BuchananOf 5,000 timber houses ordered from Sweden 2,500 have been allotted to Scotland. The question of ordering more is not being overlooked. All the houses to be supplied will be erected by or on behalf of local authorities under the Housing Acts and none will be available for private purchase.
