WilliamsDiscussions with representatives of the various interests concerned on proposals to give effect to the recommendations contained in the Third Report of the Central Advisory Water Committee are now proceeding. The prospect of introducing legislation this Session depends upon the progress made in these discussions and the availability of Parliamentary time.
