§ Mr. Lipsonasked the Minister of Health if he has considered the particulars sent to him of a number of houses requisitioned some months ago by the Cheltenham Town Council and still unoccupied because his Department has not yet sanctioned expenditure necessary to convert them into flats; and if, to prevent this in future, he will increase the amount local authorities are allowed to spend for this purpose without having to obtain his prior sanction.
