Mr. FraserI am informed by the Scottish Council on Industry who appointed the Committee referred to that arrangements have been made for their Report to be published as soon as it can be printed. The Council explain that it is one of many important Reports submitted to them on different aspects of industry in Scotland, each of which had to be carefully considered by the Council before their adoption for publication.
