§ Mr. A. Edwardsasked the Prime Minister if he proposes to reconsider the recommendations for rebuilding the House of Commons with a view to providing facilities for Members to carry out their duties more efficiently.
§ The Prime MinisterNo, Sir. I am advised that the scheme prepared in accordance with the Report of the Select Committee on Rebuilding and approved by the House provides all possible facilities for Members having regard to the limitations imposed by the site and to the accepted procedure of this House.
